Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a highly motivated administrator to join our Primary Care Network (PCN).

The successful candidate will be responsible for the admin and data analysis duties supporting the PCN management team and member practices.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who works well within a team environment but is able to work autonomously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Applicants should possess proficient IT literacy skills and be willing to undertake additional training.

Main duties of the job

Carry out the day-to-day administrative duties required by the PCN, including typing documents, emails, arranging meetings, organising diaries, data analysis, website updates etc.

This is an exciting post, within a busy, forward thinking PCN. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced administrator who will contribute to a culture of continuous quality improvement.

This is a part-time poisiton and you will be based at Cornerways Surgery with the Clinical Director and PCN Manager but will be expected to work across the Kirkby GP practices that make up the Network.

Job description

Job responsibilities

Arrange and support any regular meetings and hoc meetings; this will involve organising meeting dates, agenda preparation, and taking minutes.

Prepare data packs for the Board to support the Capacity and Access Plan, IIF targets and any other reports that may be required.

Act as a focal point of communication between the Clinical Director, PCN Member Practices and other key Partners.

Assist in the delivery of agreed projects and undertake administrative duties relating to these as required.

Attend to emails; to respond as speedily as possible and to flag any that need further input so that they can be responded to in a timely way.

Contribute to the submission of appropriate returns and reports as required in order for the PCN to meet its contractual obligations.

Enter data and file documents on the shared PCN drive and Teams folders.
