Westseven GP is seeking two part-time Salaried GPs to join our friendly and
supportive practice. We need 8 clinical sessions.
1 SGP - Tuesday and Friday AM and PM
2 SGP- Wednesday and Friday AM and PM
This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified doctor to make a difference or an experienced doctor to join our growing team.
We are dedicated to providing high quality healthcare services to our diverse patient population and looking for high calibre, dedicated and forward thinking GPs who will support to maintain our high standards of clinical care with a strong patient-centered focus. This is a varied clinical role within the management of various patient groups.
Salary competitive dependent on experience.

Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities:
- Manage caseloads and delivering exceptional healthcare to patients.
- Diagnosing and treating a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting
- Participating in clinical meetings, case discussions and continuous professional development activities
- Flexibility to provide a mix of telephone and face to face patient appointments
- Adhering to best practice guidelines, ethical standards and regulatory requirements
- Delivering an excellent standard of clinical care and maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.

We
are a small, friendly and well-organised GMS practice based in Hanwell serving
approx. 6000 patients. Sole partner supported by brilliant team of clinical and administrative staff who enable us to deliver effective patient care.
We are part of Greenwell PCN and have access to very supportive team of Social prescribers, Physiotherapists, Mental health practitioners and clinical pharmacists as part of our PCN.
We use SystmOne and have Good CQC rating and high QOF and Enhanced services achievement.
We are fully engaged with our PCN and have high patient satisfaction and feedback.

The
post-holder will manage caseloads and deal with a wide range of health needs in
a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered patients.
You will manage the incoming correspondence and review your own results. You will need to prioritise and triage the needs of the patients accordingly making any necessary referrals for investigations in the appropriate manner.
You will need to demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills. You may also be required to complete home visits when necessary after triaging the patient.
