Job summary

Westseven GP is looking for an enthusiastic and committed GP to join our friendly and supportive practice as a salaried GP to cover 4-6 sessions/week.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre, dedicated and forward thinking GP who will support to maintain our high standards of clinical care with a strong patient-centered focus. This is a varied clinical role within the management of various patient groups.

Appointments template includes telephone, video, eConsults and face-to-face according to the clinical needs with catchup slots and admin time.

Salary competitive dependent on experience

MDU/MPS cover and NHS pension included

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will manage caseloads and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care and maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.

About us

We are a small, friendly and well-organised GMS practice based in Hanwell serving approx. 5500 patients. Sole partner supported by brilliant team of clinical and administrative staff who enable us to deliver effective patient care.

We are part of Greenwell PCN and have access to very supportive team of Social prescribers, Physiotherapists, Mental health practitioners and clinical pharmacists as part of our PCN.

We use SystmOne and have Good CQC rating and high QOF and Enhanced services achievement.

We have strong active links with CCG and PCN and have high patient satisfaction and feedback.

Job responsibilities

The post-holder will manage caseloads and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered patients.

You will manage the incoming correspondence and review your own results. You will need to prioritise and triage the needs of the patients accordingly making any necessary referrals for investigations in the appropriate manner.

You will need to demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills. You may also be required to complete home visits.
