Job summary
WestsevenGP is looking for 2x part-time receptionist/administrator( morning and afternoon) for 20-25 hrs/week to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, friendly with excellent customer service skills and works well within a team while able to use their own initiative.
Good IT skills and experience of working in GP practice would be an advantage.
Main duties of the job
You will be working in a customer facing role, handling telephone with calm manner.
Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice.
Previous knowledge of System one clinical system would be preferable but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate.

We are small practice consists of 3 GPs, practice nurse, health care assistant, pharmacist and admin and management team. The practice provides good working environment and works as a team.We encourage and support personal development
