Job summary
St Peters Surgery are looking to recruit a Practice Operations Manager following the departure of our current Practice Operations Manager.
You'll be working in a friendly, supportive management team and assisting our Business Manager in all aspects of managing the GP practice, facilitating 5 GP Partners and other clinical staff to provide excellent patient care.
Main duties of the job
The Practice Operations Manager is repsonsible for the daily management of staff, facilities and services at St Peters Surgery.
This includes (but not rescricted to) HR, staff rota's, recruitment, patient complaints, driving QOF, PCO and LCS acheviement and finding ways to continually develop the service we provide.

St Peters Surgery is a purpose built medical centre based near the heart of Walsall. Our 5 GP Partners, 1 salaried GP, 2 Practice Nurses, 2 HCA's and strong team of other clinical staff including Pharmacists, Paramedics, Physiotherapists and Social Prescribers - provide care to our list of 10,000 patients.
Friendly and experencied reception, medical secretary and administration teams support the clinicians, as we strive to provide the best possible patient care.
