Job summary
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality phlebotomy services to patients, working alongside our nurses, healthcare assistants, and GPs to support effective clinical care.
Main duties of the job
Undertaking venepuncture for patients in accordance with clinical protocols.
Ensuring accurate patient identification, specimen labelling, and documentation.
Preparing and dispatching samples to laboratories following infection control and data protection policies.
Maintaining equipment and stock levels in the treatment area.
Providing a reassuring and professional service to patients at all times.
