Job summary
Concord Medical Centre are looking for a keen administrator to join us on a part-time (0.4-0.6) basis! This is a key position within the Administrative Teams. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing QOF actions to ensure the practice hits QOF funding targets, tracking of QOF performance indicators, corresponding with patients to book appointments and hit targets, creating reports, and more.
Main duties of the job
- Maintain and update patient records to ensure accuracy of QOF reporting
- Monitor and track QOF performance
- Manage patient correspondence related to QOF
- Liaise with clinical staff
