Outstanding CQC rated practice and GP Access Centre delivering high quality patient
care in State of the Art Premises. We are proud to be part of the innovative and high-achieving
Healthsense PCN, working within the Harrow
Integrated Care Partnership and North West London ICB.
We are a supportive and nurturing practice, with a longstanding history of providing high quality
GP training and teaching Imperial
College Medical Students. We have weekly
practice meetings and regular practice educational sessions. At our very core we thrive on achieving good patient care, developing clinical expertise and working collaboratively with
colleagues throughout the health and social care system.
We are seeking applicants who are enthusiastic and highly motivated primarily for weekday
sessions but also require GPs for evening
and weekend sessions.

Main duties of the job
The
delivery of highly effective medical care to the entitled population.
Generic
prescribing adhering to local and national guidance.
Effective
management of long-term conditions.
Processing
of administration in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescription
requests and other associated administrative tasks.
On
a rotational basis, undertake telephone triage and duty doctor roles.
Maintain
accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy and
guidance.
Working
collaboratively, accepting an equal share of the practice workload.
Adhere
to best practice recommended through clinical guidelines and the audit process.
Accept
delegated responsibility for a specific area (or areas) or the QOF.
Attend
and contribute effectively to practice meetings as required.
Contribute
effective to the development and maintenance of the practice including;
clinical governance, training, financial management and HR.
Ensure
compliance with the appraisal process.
Prepare
and complete the revalidation process.
Commit
to self-learning and instil an ethos of continuing professional development
across the practice team.
Support
the training of medical students from all clinical disciplines.
Encourage
collaborative working, liaising with all staff regularly, promoting a culture
of continuous improvement at all times.
