Job summary
We are looking for highly motivated Enhanced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic and friendly team to work in state of the art GP Led Health Centre, rated "Outstanding " by CQC, in Pinner which is open 7 days a week. We are an innovative and forward thinking EMIS practice committed to delivering the highest standard of patient care, and proud to have a well-established and experienced nursing and multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
Your role will require you to participate in patient care through knowledge gained from your training and previous work experience. As an Enhanced Nurse Practitioner, you will provide care for patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment.
- To work within our experienced clinical team to help support patients with chronic long term conditions and patients living with frailty
- Provide professional advice to patients, carers and colleagues and ensure the maintenance of clinical excellence
- To contribute to and attend education and training to other nurses, multidisciplinary team members and students
- To consult patients independently, seeking clinical advice and support where required, for minor ailments and long term conditions. Independent prescribing would be desirable but not at all essential
