Job summary

We are looking for a reliable, dedicated and experienced ANP or ACP to join our team on a full time basis although part time basis would also be considered. We are a forward thinking training practice with 7400 patients in the manor area of Sheffield. We are looking for someone who is passionate about offering the best patient care whilst able to work well as part of a team.

Main duties of the job

The ACP/ANP will be required to work confidently in independent assessment, triaging, clinical examination, diagnosis, clinical decision making, planning of care along with treatment & prescribing whilst being supported by a friendly team. The successful applicant will be expected to attend weekly meetings, learning updates and mandatory training.

About us

We pride ourselves on delivering high quality clinical care with a varied clinical team which consists of 4 partners, 3 GPs, practice pharmacist, Paramedic, 3 practice nurses, 2 Health Care Assistants. These are supported by our friendly and helpful Administration and reception team. We are a proud training practice training various resident doctors from medical students up to ST3s.
