Are you an experienced, dynamic Practice Nurse with a passion for leadership? Do you want to make a real difference in a large, growing primary care network? We are looking for a motivated and skilled Lead Practice Nurse to join our dedicated team at a busy, well-established practice in Rushcliffe, supporting a patient list size of approx. 27,500.

Main duties of the job

Your Role: As our Lead Practice Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering clinical care, supporting the nursing team, and ensuring that the practice delivers excellent patient care. Your leadership will be vital in driving clinical quality, team development, and continuous improvement. You will oversee a variety of clinical services, including chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, and health promotion, working closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to meet the needs of our patients.
