Job summary
We are looking to recruit someone with a passion for customer care to navigate our patients to the right healthcare options for their needs.
This role requires resilience with empathy involving a lot of telephone and Face to Face contact with patients working on Reception and in our Telephone Hub, the ability to navigate clinical systems would be a requirement with good typing skills.
Main duties of the job
Answering the phone, booking appointments, general practice admin, greeting patients and visitors in reception, working across 2 surgeries will be required.
Support and help solve patient queries or enquiries.
About us
We are a team of 35 staff consisting of GP's, Nurse Practitioners, Healthcare staff and Administration across 2 sites, we provide a friendly working environment which is well led by a very experienced management team.
