As a Medical Receptionist at Roseland Surgeries, youll be a key member of our close-knit team, providing a warm and professional welcome to patients and visitors across our three rural locations. Your role will be central to keeping our surgeries running smoothlywhether you're managing appointments, handling phone and face-to-face enquiries, or supporting the clinical team with essential administrative tasks.
Working across Portscatho and Tregony, youll need to be flexible, reliable, and comfortable travelling between sites. This position suits someone who is compassionate, well-organised, and able to adapt to the varied pace of a small community practice, where every patient interaction matters and teamwork is at the heart of what we do.

- Answer telephone calls, manage enquiries, and direct patient calls appropriately
- Book, amend, and cancel appointments using our clinical system (SystmOne)

- Process repeat prescription requests and liaise with clinicians
