Out-of-Hours Administrator (Bank)

Job summary

Working in our out of hours service, you will be the first point of contact for our patients with an appointment to see a clinician. You will be responsible for checking patients in and answering any queries. Once the patient has been seen you will send a summary of their consultation to their own GP practice.

Main duties of the job

Checking patients in, setting up clinical rooms ready for the clinician to begin their session, administrative tasks, sending summaries and messages to assist the clinicians.
