Job summary
An exciting opportunity for a Patient support Team Practice Nurse Team Administrator has become available. We are looking for a friendly, flexible and proactive person to come and join our team. You will be working as part of a team of three in one of the sub-departments of the Patient Support Team (Administration). The successful candidate will be required to work Monday 8am to 4.30pm / Wednesday 8am to 4.30pm and Thursday 8am to 4.30pm.
Main duties of the job
All aspects of inviting patients in for Chronic Disease Management, Immunisations, NHS Health Checks. Dealing with incoming mail and emails. Liaising with all staff at Alnwick Medical Group, patients and hospital staff

We are a large GP Practice with over 18000 patients and nearly 100 members of staff. We are split over four sites, two in Alnwick, Seahouses and Embleton.
