First Community is recruiting Band 5 nurses to join our expanding community teams across various networks in East Surrey including Caterham, Oxted, Redhill and Horley. Community experience is not essential as full training and support will be provided.

As an employee-owned organisation, patient care and staff well-being is at the heart of what we do. In this role you will provide nursing care for a wide range of conditions to people in their own home. You will be supported by a manager, team and mentor to fulfill your role.

The team provides a 365 day service we need colleagues with a flexible approach to working some weekends and bank holidays.

Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants are able to drive, have a car suitable for business purposes, and a valid driving licence.

Although this role is advertised as full time, we will consider flexible working arrangements to suit yours and our needs.

Recruitment and Retention Premium

Successful applicants within the staff groups above will receive -

  • £1000 upon commencement (payable in your first months’ salary) then;

  • £1000 after 6 months service subject to satisfactory completion of your probationary period.
