The Estates and Facilities team are looking for a Head of Facilities to lead our Facilities Management team. You will have a background in all aspects of Soft FM services management, ideally with client-side healthcare. You will provide clear leadership and assurance around the performance of the Soft FM service.

As the Head of Facilities, you will have lead responsibility for the quality and continuous improvement of the patient environment and will manage the FM services regulatory inspections (CQC, PLACE etc.).

The successful post holder will be expected to manage the delivery of our Soft Facilities services on site and at our partner Trust, Leicester Partnership Trust.. You will seek opportunities for achieving cost improvement initiatives and manage their development and delivery.

You will support the Director of Estates & Facilities to present strategic and operational plans to the Executive Board including periodic benchmarking/market testing, along with leading the Soft FM cost improvement initiatives to create further efficiency and productivity.
