treatment in their own homes.


We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated nurses who wish to specialise in all aspects of renal nursing and are keen to expand their professional development. We can offer excellent training and support for nursing staff to learn more about renal nursing and you can be sure of excellent clinical support and leadership plus fantastic opportunities for career progression in the future.


We have a cohort o f approximately 50 adult patients within the county of Northamptonshire. We are based at the Northampton Dialysis Unit and have another office and clinical facilities at Kettering Dialysis Unit.


The role includes teaching patients to self-care whilst undergoing dialysis treatment for chronic kidney disease. This includes supporting them and their families in the home environment, health promotion and patient empowerment.


As this post is community based the applicant must be able to provide their own transport during working hours. Work mileage costs will be reimbursed. Relevant experience within the renal field is desirable though not essential.
