Elmwood Family Doctors is a 14,700 patient, multi-site, high QOF achieving practice with over 45 employees. We are a proactive, well organised team rated as "Outstanding" at our recent CQC inspection and are excited to be recruiting an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. The Partners work in close collaboration with the clinical team, practice management and support team to work towards a patient centred vision for the practice. We are an established training practice for GP trainees, nursing students and other health professionals.

Our ideal candidate will be confident working autonomously carrying out clinical consultations, providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment and prescribing. To succeed in this role you will need excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
