Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust provides a range of community health services for both physical and mental health conditions, as well as a range of specialist services supporting people of all ages including family and young people services, mental health, learning disabilities and physical health community and inpatient services.

We deliver services to the people of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Our 5500 staff serve a population of one million from over 100 sites across the region.


Support Secretary

Liaison Psychiatry Service, Glenfield Hospital site, Leicester

1 full time 37.5 hrs per week – 9.00am – 5.00pm

Band 3 - Salary: 16,968 - £19,852

We are seeking to recruit a friendly and professional individual who will help to provide vital support for the Liaison Psychiatry Service team.

You should have proven administrative and secretarial skills qualified to RSA II typing or equivalent and be a proficient audio typist. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, as well as good verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible individual with effective communication and interpersonal skills and a positive and pleasant manner

The role is diverse, with each day bringing new challenges. You will have proven ability in using your own initiative and working with confidential and sensitive information, showing attention to detail and the ability to work accurately. A confident personality is a must, as will a willingness to develop your skills.
