The Trust is delivering a pharmaceuticals based Inventory Management System to all operational staff in the autumn and winter of 2019.

The Programme Management Office is looking for an existing member of clinical staff to act as training lead for the project. They would be responsible for preparing the training package, environment, tools and schedule and carry out onward training to; Country Commanders, Deputy County Commanders, Operational Officers, Lead Paramedics, County Business Managers and Medical Co-ordinators across the SWASFT geography.Training sessions will be held at local sites so travel and overnight stays will be required.

The training lead will also work with the project team to successfully support Go Live and benefits realisation of the new system. Ultimately, they will become an ongoing specialist and champion of the Inventory Management System.

You will be based at your local station and Ad Hoc at Trust HQ.

Interviews are likely to be held on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th September.
