These are interesting and varied roles where the successful candidates will be responsible for the flow of patients from referral through to outpatient clinic, ensuring that patient pathways comply with national and local targets.


The role includes answering telephone enquiries, booking outpatient appointments, clinic preparation and sitting clinic. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients visiting the clinic so will need to possess good customer service skills. You will also need the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team and on your own initiative.


Proficient communication skills, an aptitude for organising, attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills are essential.
