An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and dedicated Anaesthetic team as a Service Manager.

We are looking for someone who is a logical thinker, has excellent inter-personal and organisational skills. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate attention to detail, and ability to deliver service improvements.

Working with clinical leads, and other managers, you will help support the service with Recruitment of medical staff and operational management of Anaesthetic review clinics. Key areas of responsibility include; planning and development, service analysis and performance, writing business cases for change, be responsible for a delegated budget and participate in financial and contractual performance.

The role will be cross-site and you will work closely with the corresponding General Manager and Medical leads, Head of Operations and Deputy Head of Operations.

We are looking for someone dynamic and motivated who enjoys a challenge and is looking to progress their career.
