We are offering an opportunity for a motivated individual with the drive and enthusiasm to develop as a Ward Sister. You will be fully supported in your secondment by a matron and experienced ward sisters

We are looking for a forward thinking individual who is willing to lead and develop patient services working to improve the patient experience. You must have a proven track record of progressive leadership and development. Be an effective role model, self-motivated with the passion, drive and adaptability to cope with continuously changing services.

You should possess excellent communication skills, be visible and accessible with quality and standards as your priority. You will need to be flexible, learn to be resilient in order to cope with the demands of the role. In addition you must be adaptable to change and influence your team members to enable you to implement and evaluate new ways of working.

We are looking for forward thinking, dynamic and enthusiastic individual with at least 2 years band 6 experience with evidence of leadership and management. We will support you through the Ward Sister Secondment. Opportunities for further academic education are always supported within the CMG. You will support and develop the team ensuring they are valued and skilled to manage their patient caseload.
