Deputy Anaesthetic Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time enthusiastic and dedicated Co-ordinator to work within the Anaesthetic Department, with a team of experienced administrative staff!

You will be working closely with the Anaesthetic Admin Team which consists of other Deputy Anaesthetic Coordinators, High Risk Anaesthetic (HRA) clinic coordinators and Junior Doctor Administrator (JDA); to provide support to the Anaesthetic medical staff on a daily basis.

Your work will primarily be to support the Deputy Anaesthetic Coordinators with the administrative tasks of looking after the Anaesthetist rotas in liaison with a wide range of staff including Consultant Anaesthetists, Service Managers and Waiting List Coordinators.

In this fast paced environment you must be able to prioritise workload , work efficiently along with the team and to demonstrate the Trust values at all times.

It would be an advantage if you already have experience and/or knowledge in the various hospital systems including CLW rota.
