Targeted Therapy for a Faster Recovery

We have an exciting opportunity for registered professionals to join our new team, providing first line Rehabilitation in our Rapid Therapy Team.

We are looking for innovative enthusiastic therapists, keen to develop their skills in a community setting.

You will be expected to deliver rehabilitation programmes to patients in their own home, but will be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary therapy team. Your role will be to enhance early discharge and prevent admission.

You will have the opportunity to liaise with Community Teams, Complex Care Teams and hospital teams to provide a seamless service to our patients.

Grade will depend on experience and hours are negotiable
