A great opportunity of a permanent post has become available in the GP Services Team. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to become our GP Engagement Co-ordinator.

To apply, you will be a current Band 3 or 4 with at least four years’ experience in an administrative role.

This opportunity will provide the successful candidate with additional skills and experience relating to the handling of GP Concerns and that all follow up actions required from UHL service are provided within the allocated timescales therefore ensuring patient safety.

You will gain experience with working in Datix and liaising closely with GP’s and Primary Care colleagues as part of the GP Concerns process; whilst also supporting the GP Concerns and Interface Manager with the on-going development of the Trust’s approach to responding to GP Concerns.

You will be required to manage and co-ordinate several activities simultaneously and demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and autonomy.

The ability to manage and prioritise your own workload is essential as well as recognising and responding to the urgent and impromptu demands of the service
