Do you want to play a pivotal role supporting saving and improving lives?

 

Therapeutic Apheresis Services (TAS) provides treatments to patients with blood disorders from eight sites based within NHS Trusts nationally. Whilst you will be based outside of the units in which we treat the patients, the varied responsibilities of the TAS National Administrator are crucial to the effective functioning of the service.

 

You will be part of a small ‘Admin Hub’ team which supports TAS Management to delivering a life-saving service. If you are organised and prefer to have a wide range of responsibilities, then this role would be an excellent opportunity for you.

 

The varied responsibilities include but are not limited to: organising and providing secretariat support to meetings, routine and ad-hoc data entry and analysis, bespoke project support and diary management. This particular role will have a focus on data analysis and so experience using Excel is essential. Effective communication skills are also important, as you may be required to link with a range of individuals, from the internal management team to the front-line clinical teams who provide treatments to patients.

 

This role provides an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to develop a wide range of experience. We will be keen to support you and your development in the National Administrator post which is essential to our service.
