Learning and Development offer a dynamic portfolio of training and large scale Leadership Matters events across the Trust. You will be working within the OD team and with colleagues across the Trust that provides support, direction, forward-thinking, are highly customer focused and our proud to live the Trust values.

We are looking for a motivated, energetic and driven individual to join our Learning & Development Team.

The Organisational Development Administrator role is to support delivery a range of learning and organisational development interventions across the organisation in support of the Trust Strategy, helping to develop our culture in line with our PRIDE values and leadership behaviours. The post holder will support the Head of OD and the Senior OD Facilitator with organisational development work in relation to leadership development, team development and organisational change. The post holder is required to work autonomously with responsibility for supporting our Leadership Matters training (supporting attendance, reporting, compliance and development in conjunction with our OD facilitators), our Leadership Matters conferences, our Trust talent initiatives and bespoke OD interventions.
