Band: 3
Salary: £17,787 to £20,448 pa (pro rata)

Essential Requirements: Good standard of general education including GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, passionate and well-organised individual to join our team.

As part of the Corporate Secretarial Team, the post-holder will be responsible for the delivery of the Education Liaison and Work Experience Programmes; driving both forward with an innovative and evaluation-based approach.

The role will also include facilitating the Trust’s Youth Forum; committed to making a positive difference to existing and future healthcare services for young people, and to support to the Corporate Affairs and Membership Manager with membership events and projects.

The post-holder will be required to demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail across a wide range of corporate projects and to support the Corporate Secretarial Team as required.

The Corporate Secretarial Team provide secretarial and administrative support across all areas of corporate services including the Chief Executive Office, Corporate Nursing, Workforce and Organisational Development, Finance, Performance and Corporate Affairs, including the Foundation Trust Office.
