An opportunity has arisen for a creative and energetic Technician to lead our Education and Training Team, an influential individual who can inspire people to achieve their potential and shape the future of Pharmacy.

As a team player with a flair for communication you will communicate with departmental managers throughout pharmacy, analysing the training needs of individuals and working with others to meet those needs.

We are looking for some-one with a wide range of experience, skills and personal attributes, a role model with an approachable and supportive nature who can recognise different learning styles and adapt training methods to achieve positive outcomes.

The role of Lead Education and Training Technician requires a confident person, a problem solver, some-one who can comfortably question, constructively challenge others and be able to make difficult decisions.

The Lead Education and Training Technician will directly manage two technicians and have a degree of managerial responsibility over Pre-Registration Technicians.

The role requires involvement in Regional and National groups driving change and coordinating NVQ levels 2 & 3 and apprenticeships.
