This is an exciting opportunity to join the Department of Clinical Education at UHL. The role will be to provide general administrative assistance to the Medical Education Manager, Undergraduate Medical Education Manager and the Undergraduate Coordinators.

The post holder will ensure the efficient use of facilities and resources and will aid the provision of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Education, including room bookings of the Medical Education Centres, audio visual aids, catering and other support as required.

This is a busy department therefore motivation and initiative are essential in this role, as is the ability to prioritise, multitask workload, maintain accuracy whilst meeting deadlines and deal calmly with changing priorities.

To be successful in this role you will have the confidence and proven experience to work on your own initiative and as a good team player. Previous experience in Undergraduate Medical Education would be an advantage. You will be well presented and a good communicator with excellent organisational and IT skills.

The job is well supported and provides good opportunities to demonstrate initiative and willingness to take on responsibility.
