Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust provides a range of community health services for both physical and mental health conditions, as well as a range of specialist services supporting people of all ages including family and young people services, mental health, learning disabilities and physical health community and inpatient services.

Vacancies have arisen for enthusiastic and motivated Staff Nurses to join our experienced and friendly teams on the male PICU Belvoir Ward and female PICU Griffin Ward.

Both PICUs are based in the grounds of the Glenfield Hospital site. The Wards offer an intensive and diverse service for the adult sector of psychiatry in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, which we work closely with and in support of.

Belvoir and Griffin PICUs are ideal environments for nurses wishing to develop their professional skills in managing some often very challenging situations. The experience can offer the right nurse an opportunity to develop and enhance their skills in relation to providing an evidence-based service. Equally important will be your ability to offer a kind and caring approach.

The service is currently undergoing a substantial review and we are seeking nurses to help facilitate and participate in this process to influence change and innovation.

Post registration experience and preceptorship completion is essential.
