Are you an experienced Business Intelligence trailblazer with a passion for the use of data and an ambition to improve our services through qualify performance information?

We are looking for an experienced performance and business intelligence leader who will play a pivotal role in supporting our services to use performance data and business intelligence from the day to day clinical decisions to support patient care through to the development and delivery of our business strategy. First Community as a CQC outstanding community provider use it’s data extensively and this role will manage our team who support the use of emis web, provide business data analytics and advises on the use of our data and performance information in becoming system player within our emerging ICP.

The role reports to the Director of Finance & Resources and is to lead on the maximisation of our use of emis, our development and deployment integrated of modern data analytics within First Community. Responsibilities include ensuring that the organisation has the right infrastructure, processes and skills available to facilitate the best use of its data, to both internal and external users, enabling high quality and timely decisions. The role also has responsibility for business intelligence service delivery and development, which impacts across and beyond the organisation.
