Essential Requirements: GCSE English or equivalent or relevant experience

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Medical Recruitment Assistant to work as part of a team providing medical recruitment services to all doctors within the Trust.

You will be expected to support the team in the smooth recruitment of doctors, both permanent appointments as well as doctors in training who join the Trust throughout the year.

This is a challenging and demanding role that would suit a customer focused and passionate individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be working closely with a number of teams across the organisation.

The post holder must be able to work well under pressure, handle difficult situations effectively, escalating appropriately and be able to organise and prioritise their workload.
