Quality Improvement Nurse - Band 6

We are looking for a registered nurse with experience in quality improvement to provide clinical oversight to both our nursing home and domiciliary care providers. This post offers the best of both worlds, engagement with patients, families and service providers to gain insight into their experience, but also a more formal audit of care provision. You will be sharing intelligence with our external stakeholders, such as our local CQC representatives and Local Authority colleagues to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Quality and clinical governance are key elements of the role and the post holder will be supported by a band 5 registered nurse to enable delivery.
