This Senior Nurse Practitioner post is part of the Clinical Support team, and is accountable for ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care to blood donors.

The post holder is responsible for providing excellent post donation product management and expert advice to NHSBT departments and external organisations.

Acting with a high level of autonomy, the post holder will demonstrate critical thinking and skills in clinical decision making.

 

They will work collaboratively with the organisation to meet the needs of donors and supporting the delivery of safe blood products.

 

The post holder will contribute to the wider development and strategic direction of the Clinical Support team.
