Business Support Officer

This post is a 9 month fixed term secondment cover.

The University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is host organisation for the Clinical Research Network East Midlands (CRN East Midlands), one of the 15 Local CRNs across England which form part of the National Institute for Health Research Clinical Research Network.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can provide an effective administrative role to manage Service Support and Excess Treatment Cost processes internally.

Key attributes for the successful candidate are excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines. Ideally the candidate would have knowledge of Clinical Research funding and knowledge of forecasting/projecting costs.

The role is based predominantly in Leicester Royal Infirmary but occasional travel across the East Midlands is expected.
