An exciting opportunity has arisen at University Hospitals of Leicester Operations Directorate for 2 Project Support Officers.

The role will be responsible for providing high-quality Programme Support within the 'Becoming the Best programme' at UHL. In the first instance this role will support the quality priority to deliver high quality, efficient integrated care by redesigning pathways in key clinical services to manage demand, improve use of resources and deliver financial improvement. The role will be aligned to a specific programme to support this quality priority.

The post holder will provide the structure; governance process and critical challenge for the programme of work undertaken by the identified programme and report on progress, key issues and risks to enable key decisions and actions to be taken in a timely manner.

The role is pivotal in supporting the Programme Team, acting as the first point of contact for queries from multiple stakeholders about the progress of programmes and projects undertaken across the service.
