We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join Solent NHS Trust within the Performance Team based at Highpoint Venue, Southampton. Working closely with the PA to the Director of Finance, you will support the team in a wide range of areas from arranging and supporting meetings, data entry, administration and other tasks as the role develops.

As the successfully appointed Apprentice, you will provide an efficient, effective and high quality level of admin support to the Performance Team whilst developing skills, knowledge and experience in all relevant aspects of administration.

We are looking for someone who is keen to learn but must already possess good computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Excel and Word.

You should also have good communication skills, both verbal and written. If you enjoy helping people and are able to complete tasks with attention to detail, you will be an asset to our team.

As an apprentice you will be offered full training in the range of administrative procedures required and will receive dedicated support from the PA to the Director of Finance.

Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship
