Are you looking for an exciting new challenge?

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person with good interpersonal and organisational skills to work with our Cancer Services Team within the pharmacy department at The Leicester Royal Infirmary.

 

The successful candidate will require excellent communication skills and enjoy both individual challenges and working as part of a friendly, dynamic team.

 

You must have an NVQ level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent and preferably have some previous dispensing experience. Your duties will be varied and will include labelling, dispensing, reception duties, stock management, liaising with ward staff to ensure adequate pharmacy supplies received in a timely manner. You will be part of the team ensuring that all work is completed within the deadlines assigned.

 

Preference will be given in the first instance to existing NHS employees within the East Midlands healthcare community who are ‘at risk’ of redundancy. Such employees within the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust will be considered first.
