Department Manager
Orthopaedic and Fracture Clinic

Hours: 37.5 per week
Band: 7
Salary: £37,570 to £43,772 pa

Essential Requirements: NMC or HCPC Registration

An opportunity has arisen for a Department Manager position in our Orthopaedics Outpatients and Fracture Clinics. We require an enthusiastic, committed and motivated person with excellent communication and leadership skills to join our team.

The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional who will provide clinical leadership, maintain high standards of care and ensure the efficient and safe management or our Orthopaedic Outpatient Department. They should demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate and manage a team within this busy environment.

They will possess the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, and be willing to be responsive to service development, working with all disciplines to lead the Orthopaedics service effectively through any change requirements.

We are therefore looking to recruit a highly motivated individual with significant clinical experience at Band 6 or above who can demonstrate effective leadership with confidence.

Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship
