This is an exciting opportunity to join the Out of Hours Response Team!

We are a specialized group of nurses who deliver care across all three sites to the deteriorating patient, supporting both the nursing and medical teams. We operate through nerve centre task allocation, which is currently going through some exciting changes to ensure the quality, patient safety and timely service delivery.

The introduction of electronic observations has added additional oversight of all the in patients at UHL and has become a vital part UHL in identifying sepsis and AKI. You will be joining a highly motivated team that ensures sick patients are identified, assessed and managed in the appropriate teams in the appropriate care settings.

You will be working across all three sites and be available to work shifts which include, weekends and bank holiday days and nights, twilights and week day nights. A period of supervision and structured training and support will be available and we can offer a wide range of development opportunities.

Part time hours and flexible working patterns considered.
