Working right at the heart of the brand-new Digital Delivery team, you’ll take responsibility for a range of vital services, helping patients, clinicians, researchers, scientists and donors. Your strategic planning, performance management and service design will shape the digital offering, now and long into the future.

This is a very varied role. You’ll:

  • make a major contribution to designing new digital services
  • own service transition to ensure smooth take-on
  • manage communications with stakeholders to ensure services to user communities are fit-for-purpose
  • manage, motivate and support a talented team of service implementation managers.

To thrive here, you’ll need a proven track record of managing full-service management lifecycles, experience of service design & transition, and knowledge of project and programme management methods, including PRINCE 2 and Agile methodologies. Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship
