The key position of Deputy Charge Nurse has arisen and we are seeking two dynamic and highly motivated nurses with well-developed leadership skills who can provide a clear direction to this hard working multi-disciplinary team.

Belvoir PICU is seeking motivated individuals who will facilitate and participate in the ongoing development and improvement of the PICU service. This represents a thoroughly unique opportunity for a senior nurse wanting to influence change/innovation and develop practice within this challenging area and be able to demonstrate proven clinical achievement and innovation.

The successful candidates will be expected to support the charge nurse to develop the service to deliver evidence-based quality care.

Most importantly ensuring that the patients and carers are put first and the service they receive utilises a kind and caring approach.
