Childhood Immunisation Team

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Band: 2
Salary: £17,652 to £19,020 pa

Essential Requirements: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

Are you looking to join a small and dynamic team? The childhood Immunisation team are looking for a new member of the team to support with the administration of childhood immunisation programmes.

This post requires excellent IT skills, communication skills and the ability to work to specific timeframes. The admin assistant will be responsible for ensuring that childhood health records are maintained and up to date at all times by using the electronic health records system. The candidate will be required to deliver and collect paperwork from schools across Durham, Darlington and Teesside and therefore must have access to their own vehicle, mileage is reimbursable.

You will part of a strong team and be based alongside the nursing staff. Harrogate District and Foundation trust offer development opportunities for all members of staff and there is scope in this role for professional development. The base for this role is Darlington

The post holder will directly report to the childhood immunisation coordinator within the team but must also be able to manage and prioritising his/her own work. There may be a requirement on occasions, to cover other childhood immunisation team roles in the locality for holidays and sickness absence. The candidate will provide a flexible approach to the role and its responsibilities to enable a high and consistent standard of support to the service.
