There is an opportunity for a role as a Team Assistant within the Sussex MSK Partnership (SMSKP). This role will be largely based working from Brighton but you may be expected to work flexibly across sites in accordance with the needs of the service. This will be substantive, full-time role but part time hours may be considered.

SMSKP are responsible for administering all aspects of administrative service delivery, including the booking of patients, coordination of diagnostic results, working with clinicians, processing clinical correspondence, resolving queries and supporting delivery of services that exceed patient expectations.

A Team Assistant is responsible for supporting the Here Gateway team in the referrals assessment process, working within procedural guidelines. The successful post holder will work within a team, supporting GP practices, hospital and community staff and clinicians to ensure that Sussex MSK processes referrals to the most clinically appropriate service in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with the agreed corporate, local and national targets and initiatives. They will also provide administrative support to include postal duties, general administration, filing and faxing. The team assistant will support aspects of the administration of service delivery across clinical specialties and will be flexible in providing support to adapt to the requirements of Here/MSK business.
