A fantastic vacancy has arisen to join the ITAPS CMG management team and lead on the delivery of the Cross Cutting schemes in the surgical CMGs and lead on productivity and associated transformation through Theatre. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to deliver transformational change across the entire elective pathway on all 3 sites.

This post seeks to recruit a member of staff with clinical theatre background and robust general management skills so that they can deliver across CMGs on key aspects such as scheduling, emergency theatre realignment and NOF improvements. The applicant will be key in continuing to improve productivity and transformational leadership within theaters.
