And now you can join us, bring your expertise to our Patient Blood Management (PBM) team as a Development Manager, driving service excellence and testing solutions for new ways of working to support our organisation and our customers.

An international initiative in best practice for transfusion medicine, PBM is a multidisciplinary, evidence-based approach to optimising the care of patients that might need a blood transfusion.

You also have highly developed communication skills and will be constantly looking to improve transfusion initiatives. What’s more, you have what it takes to plan and manage a diverse workload with a high degree of autonomy, as well as motivate, influence, inspire and lead others.

When you join our ranks, you can expect a level of career progression and support that we think is unsurpassable. With training and development opportunities actively encouraged, we believe in supporting our staff as they pursue their specific areas of interest.
