We are looking for an experienced and dedicated administrator to look after our Tutors. As our administrator you’ll be responsible for helping the team to prepare the next generation of Ambulance Paramedics and Emergency Care Assistants. Duties are varied and include booking classrooms, preparing pre-learning material and arranging hotels.

Additionally you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our planner is kept up to date and that there is always enough tutors to deliver our learning, which may include liaising with external partners to book additional tutors.

You’ll need to have a strong focus on quality and safety; you’ll be making sure that our dedicated training vehicles are booked in for safety checks and kept in tip-top condition.

You’ll also be the first point of contact for our tutors when problems arise, so an ability to communicate and resolve their problems will be essential.
